Baymont by Wyndham Traverse City

From the moment we checked in the staff was amazing. Our room was clean and as expected. We had an issue with very noisy neighbors and the front desk assigned another room for us which was much more quiet. Appreciate their wilingness to help. The pool/spa was great!

Good variety for breakfast. I like fresh fruit was available. I requested a first floor room and was assigned one close to the entrance. It was perfect. Staff was very accommodating. They probably were overworked but still very attentive.

The staff were incredibly nice! and there’s even places that will deliver straight to your room along with it being so easy to go somewhere because it’s located next to anything you’d ever need!

Comfortable bed - loved that there were extra pillows and that they were not flat or lumpy!! Beds were nice and firm - and high - easy for us Seniors to get out of. The desk staff was friendly & helpful and met my request for a ground floor room - close to the entrance due to the fact that we have trouble walking long distances. Each time we came back to the room we were able to get a close parking spot, even though we forgot to bring the handicap placard for the car - still found regular spots close enough. Nice variety served at breakfast - and the 24 hour coffee/tea station was always stocked and ready. Room was nice and clean, and the shower had great water pressure.

It was clean and comfortable…the only gripe we had was we were on the first floor and the folk’s upstairs were super noisy at midnight:(
